看了文章真是感触很多。我们的国家正在努力走向富强，但光有个政策是不够的，如果没有政策的执行法规，政策就成了空口号。以人为本，可能我们的国家不是很理解到底是什么意思。我们可以看一看在美国或加拿大办事，两个字：干脆！为什么？- 健全的法律。反观我们国家，我不知道应该说什么。
