Update on chicken manure order

Hi, Everybody;

Thanks for your oder of the chicken manue. Here are several issues

1. The latest total order is 810 bags. However, due to weight limit, only 720 bags will be sent (confirmed by the company). I have to reduce 1-2 bags for every 10 bags of the original order, particularly for those who placed a large order. I know some of you placed online order on behalf of many other persons. Please let me know how many bags each end user ordered so that I can decide how many bags can be cut for each of them (also provide with e-mail and telephone numbers).

2. We are trying to have three locations for pick-up with 240 bags for each location and make it as convenient as possible for everybody; Right now, I have found two locations including my house. I need one more volunteer to provide the location. Yitao suggested that for each person who provides the location (also be responsible for collecting the money) will be awarded 10 bags free of charge. This is the first time we establish this "policy" as a stimulus for those volunteers. Any of you close to pearland area (within 10 miles. Otherwise the company will not deliver it) are welcome to contact me via e-mail as soon as possible. I need that information to tell the company and finalize the order. I will provide a detailed list for each person for pick-up later

3. The targeted delivery date is next Saturday, Feb 11. The exact charge will be sent out once available.
