Chicken manure delivery scheduled to Fri/Sat Oct. 23/24

The tentative schedule is Fri (Oct. 23) or Sat (Oct. 24). We will send out a distribution plan once the delivery date is confirmed.

We have 1200 bags in order so far, and the truck can carry 720-800 bags only, so there will be another truck this winter. For the first truck, we will use these rules to distribute the bags:

1. first ordered first serve: those who ordered early will get their desired number of bags. We expect those ordered before Aug. 15 will be able to get the delivery. Since our system only keeps the last updated date, if you updated after Aug. 15, please let me know.

2. minor adjustments will be made to satisfy special needs.

3. If the delivery is not picked up by 8-8:30pm, we will give the bags to others in waiting, based on order time (mainly in Pearland area). The goal is not to leave anything overnight.

4. All people in our system will get email notification. If you assigned bag is 0, then please do not come unless you are called. We will not give anybody who is not on the list.

5. If you are not on the list, please come with the person who ordered for you, or let him send us an email, otherwise we will not be able to give it to you.
