The table gb2312.uni has an undefined value
for the centered dot when using the fonts MSsong.ttf
or MShei.ttf. Changing the following line will give a
centered dot instead of an exclamation point:

0XA1A4 0X30FB    ==>    0XA1A4 0X00B7

Similarly, the table jis0208.uni has incorrect values for
the backslash and the vertical parallel lines. You can
get correct values by making the following changes:

0XA1C0 0X005C    ==>    0XA1C0 0XFF3C
0XA1C2 0X2016    ==>    0XA1C2 0X2225
